filing of the application is made impractical or impossible by any
foreseen or unforeseen events. No refund shall be provided if for
any reason, including without limitation any change in or
termination of the Diversity Visa Program, USA\GCLA is unable to
provide services purchased for future years. Not withstanding the
foregoing, USA\GCLA may, in its sole discretion, decide not to
provide services purchased for future years, and provide the
appropriate refund to the customer. By using the service you
specifically understand and agree to this refund policy.
